Over the past 4 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced teams in the Pakistan fashion and commercial industries, learning not just the creative side of production, but also the importance of balancing client expectations, budgets, timelines, and the final outcome.

Every project is different. Some require lean execution, while others demand larger-scale production and coordination. Having worked with teams across all levels of the industry, I’m able to build and manage productions around a wide range of budgets without compromising the overall vision.

Our process is simple and straightforward – you bring the idea, and we help shape the right production plan around it.

We also strongly believe in transparency. In an industry where clients often face hidden costs and unnecessary markups, we prefer to keep things clear and honest. We charge a defined project management fee, while the remaining budget goes directly toward the vendors, production teams, and resources involved exactly as it should.

Once the budget and approach are finalized, we lock the teams, vendors, and shoot dates and from there, it’s game on.

A senior representative from our side is always present on set to ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and delivers the standard expected by both the client and the creative team.
